Anthony S. "Tony" Laskey

Mr. Anthony S. “Tony” Laskey, Jr., of Delevan, died on July 11, 2017 at Buffalo General Hospital. Tony was born in Lockport, December 9, 1956, a son of the late Anthony Mielcarski and Mabel McGaffick.  He loved nature and the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He enjoyed spending time photographing the outdoors.  Tony was a gardener and grew strawberries, was a good cook and enjoyed food.  He listened to country and was a Johnny Cash fan. Survivors include 2 children, Anthony R. “Andy” Laskey and Jillian “Jill” Weatherbee; his grandson, Nicolas Weatherbee;  siblings, Kim Laskey, Paul (Connie) Laskey, Donald (Dawn) Laskey, Elmer Laskey, David Laskey, Elaine (Scott) Laskey, Kenneth (Heather) Laskey, Penny Purdue, Christopher Mielcarski and the late Madeline Laskey; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Wednesday 3-5 at the Cooper Funeral Home, 215 West Center St., Medina, where his Celebration of Life service will be held at 5 PM.  Pastor Eric Olsen will officiate.
