Shirley M. Bailey

Mrs. Shirley M. Bailey, of Medina, passed away on February 17, 2018 at Absolut Care of Gasport.

Mrs. Bailey was born in Burt, NY, April 4, 1928, a daughter of the late Carl and Edith (Poole) Shepard.  She was employed as a seamstress by the Robert H. Newell Shirt factory for many years.  She enjoyed reading.

Survivors include her very good friend, Marcia Jackson of Middleport, her son, Alan (Mary) Lonnen of Middleport; 2 grandsons, Robert and Raymond Lonnen; great grandchildren; her nephew, Donald Lonnen; good friend, Dolores Potrubacz.  She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Bailey, and sisters, Florence Newman, Marie Curtis and Dorothy Bisch.

 Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside committal service on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11AM at West Ridgeway Cemetery.  The Rev. Kim Smith will officiate.
