Carol A. Trow

Carol A. Trow, of Medina, passed away on January 23, 2018 at Strong Memorial Hospital.

Carol was born in Medina, February 7, 1940, a daughter of the late Charles and Ruth (Heidemann) Trow.  A graduate of Medina High School, class of 1958, she was employed as a waitress at several restaurants including The Village Inn.  Later, she worked for Medina Memorial Hospital and Medina Homecare as a home health aide.

Carol was a member of St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church and enjoyed knitting and reading.

Survivors include her brother, Colin (Sue) Trow and her brother-in-law, Norman Bruning; nieces and nephews, Regina (Anthony) Scinta, N. Paul (Kristine) Bruning, James (Brittany) Bruning, Christine Trow, Lawrence (Valery) Bruning and Laurel  Harrington; several great nieces and great nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother, Clinton Rue Trow, on January 19, 1994 and her sister, Constance L. “Connie” Bruning on June 12, 2009.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Monday at 1PM at the Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina.  Vicar  Rick Mollenkopf-Grill will officiate and interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, West Shelby.
