David D. Pritchard, Sr., of Burt, entered into rest on August 11, 2021 at his home with family by his side, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Mr. Pritchard was born in Medina, April 9, 1946, a son the late George W. and Sallie E. (Holloway) Pritchard. A graduate of Medina High School, class of 1964, he was employed by Harrison Radiator Division of GMC for over thirty years. He enjoyed part-time cash crop farming and parking lot striping with his wife, Terry Jo, and son, Tim. David was an active member of the Ransomville Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses where he was an elder and enjoyed sharing Bible truth with others. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who enjoyed laughing and making others laugh.
Survivors include his wife, Terry Jo (Blackburn); children, D. Douglas (Pam) Pritchard, Timothy G. (Carmen) Pritchard, Laura M. (Tom) Gardner, Wendy J. (Matt) Rosselli, Mona L. (Paul) Pegelow, and Rachel F. (Patrick) Woodworth; grandchildren, Alex (Jessica), Kyle (Sylvia) and Chase Pritchard; Tony, Jacob and Sam Rosselli; Ryan Pegelow; Nathan, Lane and Morgan Woodworth; great-granddaughter, Aurelia Jae Pritchard; siblings, George (Carman) Pritchard, Donald Pritchard (fiancé Sandy Thaine), Marylouise (Ray) Schuck and Brenda Lee Pritchard.
Arrangements are in the care of Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St. Medina.
