Harold F. Fidanza

Harold F. Fidanza, 70, of Medina, entered into rest early Sunday morning, September 11, 2016 at his home. Born March 16, 1946 in Niagara Falls, NY, Harold was the son of the late Peter and Edith (Curry) Fidanza. He owned and operated Fidanza’s Auto Repair in Middleport, NY for over 25 years. Survivors include his wife, Anna M. (Taylor) Fidanza; daughters, Mickie (Jim Scharlau) Fidanza, Brandie (Craig) Fidanza-Carson, Debbie Fidanza-Moebs, Fran Fidanza and Jan Fidanza; step-daughter, Sherry (Royce) Fleshman; father and mother in-law, Wayne and Maggie Kenward; a sister, Elizabeth (Terry) Sloniker; brothers, Joe (Nancy) Fidanza, Richard (Sue) Curry; step-brother, John (Barb) Newton; special cousin “brother”, Bobby (Sandy Stawicki Balschmiter) Chase; Harold was the proud grandfather of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also many nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters in-law. Besides his parents, Harold was predeceased by his brothers, Peter Fidanza, Lynn Fidanza and Clifton Fidanza. In accordance with Harold’s wishes, there will be no prior funeral services. A private memorial will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements were completed through Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina. The family would greatly appreciate all memorial donations in Harold’s memory be made to Hospice of Orleans, P.O. Box 489, Albion, NY 14411.
