Kim L. Meland

Mrs. Kim L. Meland, of Medina, passed away on March 25, 2017 at the Martin-Linsin Hospice Residence. Mrs. Meland was born in Batavia, October 8, 1952, a daughter of the late Harvey M. and Phyllis E. (Graves) Totten. A graduate of Oakfield Alabama High School, she married Paul W. Meland on June 7, 1985. Kim was employed by Fisher Price Toys for over twenty years and Genesee Coating for fifteen years. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witenesses, enjoyed bike riding, solving puzzles, watching TV and redecorating her home. Kim loved animals, especially her cats. Survivors include her husband, Paul; her brother, Randy (Melinda) Totten of Brockport; her brother-in-law, Gene Meland of NC; several nieces and nephews including Brett (Tracy) Porter, Laura M. (Mike) Schreiner, Jamie (Jaime) Totten, Jill (Jeff Fletcher), Kevin, Brian, Marc and Adam Meland; several great nieces and nephews and her many brothers and sisters at Kingdom Hall. She was predeceased by her parents, Harvey and Phyllis Totten and her sister, Anita L. Porter. Friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service on April 8, 2017 at 11AM at the Cooper Funeral Home, 215 West Center Street, Medina, NY 14103.
