Hildegarde S. Turner

Mrs. Hildegarde S. Turner, of Medina, went to be with the Lord on Good Friday, March 25, 2016 at the Martin-Linsin Residence. Hilda was born on August 27, 1924, in Strickland, Wisconsin, a daughter of the late Casimir Walter and Helen Marie (Borowski) Novak. Hilda married Andrew Turner on May 11, 1948 in Strickland, Wisconsin. He predeceased her in 2003. Survivors include two sons, Gerald (Maria) of Maryland and Michael of Medina; grandchildren, Scott (Jamie) Turner, Amy Martz, Jason Turner, Casey (Tim) Erb and Brandi Turner (fiancé C.J. Sisson); great grandchildren, Jaxson, Ainsley, Izabelle and Scott Weston Turner, Allyssa Martz and Allison Erb; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by three brothers and a sister. There will be no prior calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 11AM at Holy Trinity Parish/St. Stephen’s R.C. Church, Middleport, celebrated by The Rev. Daniel J. Fawls. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Orleans, POB 489, Albion, NY 14411.
