Kevin J. Vendetta

Kevin J. Vendetta, 30, of Medina formerly of Gasport passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at Hospice Buffalo.

Born May 31, 1988 in Newfane, Kevin was the son of Dennis J. and Debra (Lambalzer) Vendetta. He Graduated from Royalton-Hartland High School in the class of 2006. Kevin moved to Virginia Beach and worked for Geico as a claims adjuster. He returned to the area in 2011 and has worked as a scale house operator for Modern Corp. in Lewiston. Kevin enjoyed repurposing things.  He was a handyman, and remodeled his home.  He also enjoyed racing.   His pride and joy was his niece, Amelia, whom he loved spending time with.

Survivors include his parents, Dennis and Debra Vendetta; his loving companion, Jocelyn Demmin; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Joann Vendetta; maternal grandparents, Margaret and James Lambalzer; his brother, Michael (Sara) Vendetta; his niece, Amelia Rose Vendetta; his uncle, Dan (Ruth Ann) Vendetta; his aunts, Gina (Mike) Bucolo and Connie Vence; also several cousins, his beloved cat “G” and many friends.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 4-7PM at Cooper Funeral Home, 215 W. Center St., Medina. His Funeral Service and Celebration of Life will be Tuesday at 11AM at Holy Trinity Parish, St. Mary’s Church, 211 Eagle St., Medina, NY 14103.  Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Medina.
